                                            Membership Conditions

Dear Related,

• We would like to remind you that in order to become a member of our association, you must meet the following conditions:

1. Legislation: According to the Turkish Civil Code, “Every natural person and legal entity with legal capacity has the right to become a member of associations.” For the membership of legal entities, the relevant legal bodies must be established.
2. Statutes: In accordance with our association statute, we can accept legal entities and freelance lawyers and financial advisors who are accepted as full members by the board of directors upon their application.

Additionally, members:

• • They have fully embraced the association's purpose and working subjects,
  • They have agreed to comply with the "Association Business Conduct and Ethics Rules" accepted/to be accepted by the Association General Assembly,
  • They must submit a signed application form stating that they want to join the association and accept the above conditions.
  • For those who apply for full membership, they must have received a reference letter from three members of the Association and must have sent the Association entrance fee to the Association's account.

• • Persons wishing to become members of the association,

    1. A written application for membership must be made with a petition addressed to the association president, written on company letterhead paper and signed by a company official.
    2. To this petition (application)
    3. The legal entity must prove its field of activity with a document obtained from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry (if available) or a company articles of association, or obtain a written decision in this direction.

• • In case of acceptance of membership, the name, surname, address and TR ID information of the real person who will represent the legal entity in the Association must be stated, and the authorization decision taken by the relevant company must also be added.
  • Written references from at least three Association members, at least two of whom are founding members, are required.

  • Our Association Board of Directors evaluates the written membership application and documents of the applicants and makes a decision within 30 days at the latest. The result will be notified to you in writing.
